Paper Submission
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers
including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers
(.pdf, .doc) will be accepted by Electronic Submission System. All
submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished
research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to
the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under
consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow
the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and
editing.
Publication Ethics and Penalty against Plagiarism
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual
of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally
unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. We reserve
the right to report the plagiarism behavior to the author's
affiliation.
Regular Papers: 10-15 pages, including all figures, tables, and
references.
Extra pages may be purchased at $30 (US dollars) per extra page.
